Well-being for the Self-Employed: A talk by Elizabeth Turp

** Consider your wellbeing in self-employment: strategies that support balance & health.

** Find out more about Greenbank Business Network.

This event takes place on Tuesday 11th Feb, 18:30-20:30, in The Handyman Supermarket (Pub) Smithdown Rd (https://www.handymansupermarket.co.uk/). It will help you to consider your wellbeing when you work for yourself and to develop strategies that support your health. We will consider what self-care really is, how to break unhelpful patterns and set a good baseline for wellbeing. If you think you are too busy to come you should definitely be there!

If you have a small business, or are considering starting one, you are invited to this free talk hosted by Greenbank Business Network in collaboration with Ullet Road Eco Offices, Grow Liverpool and The Handyman Supermarket. After the talk there will be a Q&A session and you will also have the opportunity to network and find out about Greenbank Business Network, a free local community group for self-employed people living and working in the local area.

Elizabeth Turp has been a therapist on Merseyside for 22 years. After working for 12 years in the NHS she now runs her own business helping people living with common mental health problems and chronic physical illness to improve their quality of life.
